32 Weeks Pregnancy Update Round #2

This week seemed to last an eternity (the week after Thanksgiving is always “long”), but it was a really good week! I had a lot of energy, and felt great!

Exercise: I was spot-on in this department this week! I got in a comfortable 1,000m swim (didn’t have time for more). My usual two 1hr bike rides during the week went well. I did two T25 workouts this week also; Gamma Pyramid, and Alpha Lower Focus. Both I was able to do without too many modifications! Running was really comfortable this week too. I did my usual 5 mile run during the week, and then my 10 miler this morning! I felt the best on the 10 mile run than I have in the past 3 weeks, so that was really encouraging!!

How I’m feeling: Like I mentioned, I’ve got a good amount of energy; I just have to go to bed super early most nights because I’m tired by the end of the day. :) My patience is wearing a little thin though because toward the end of the day, my back is usual a little sore, and my 2 year old is usually to the point where she wants me to hold her non-stop. Yay 😉 Other than that, I’m feeling great!

Weight gain: I went to the dr. this week, and my weight gain was 17lbs which is right where it needs to be, she says.

Clothing: I’ve made it to the point where I HATE all of my maternity clothes…..sigh….it’s getting annoying wearing the same like 5 outfits over and over. But, only 8ish more weeks…..

Appointments: My appointment went well this week; baby boy is measuring about 4 days early, and he’s super strong! He kicks alllllllll the time. :)

So, there you have it! 32 weeks down, 8 more to go!
