PRO Compression Sock Giveaway!

Hello readers! Last week, I had the opportunity to review PRO Compression’s Marathon Compression sock! Not only that, but they offered to let me giveaway one of their socks here! If you are unfamiliar with PRO Compression Marathon Compression socks, they are knee-high compression socks that are ideal for all fitness enthusiasts. You can check out their website here. If you want more information, they also have a Facebook and Twitter page that you can ‘like’/’follow’. They frequently do promotions, so I’d encourage you to follow them! In addition, they currently have a promo code you can use to get 40% off a pair of socks right now! The code is: BLG14  This is the pair of socks that I got to review!image-10

One awesome thing about PRO Compression is that they have a lot of cool designs on their socks–or, if you’re a traditionalist, they have just plain black as well. :) These socks are great to use during long runs, or long bike rides. The theory behind them is that compression will help pump out the lactic acid and thus prevent muscle soreness.

They are also excellent to wear AFTER a workout! I wear my socks after every run, bike, and T25 workout! I typically do my running and biking before I go to work. I know that the first 3-4 hours of my job are mostly sitting down, so I actually put my PRO Compression socks on after my workout, and wear them to work! I have been doing this every day for the past two weeks, and my calves have not been sore once!

They are ideal for me because since I typically do two workouts a day (one in the morning, and one at night), I have to make sure I’ve recovered by my second workout. These help me get recovered in time to produce two quality workouts a day!

Not only are they great for during and after workouts to prevent soreness, but they’re also great to wear to work if you have a sit-down job just to prevent muscle stiffness. OR, they are excellent to wear on long bus rides or plane flights to prevent swelling in the feet and ankles!

The best way to put them on is to turn them inside out until you get to the heel.

Slide your arm down through the sock and grab the heel with your fingers-then pull the sock inside out from the top.

Then slide them over your feet and then flip the rest of the sock right-side-out all the way up your calf. image-11
