T-25 is here! We got it in the mail on Friday and we’re starting it today! The program is 10 weeks long with 5 workouts each week.
Here’s everything it came with. 11 workouts on 9 dvds, a nutrition plan with recipes, and a calendar showing what workouts we’ll do each day.
There is also a section to do before and after pictures and measurements. We wanted to do this to see just how much our measurements will change in 10 weeks. I don’t want to loose weight-my goal is to build muscle-so I’m actually hoping I’ll increase my measurements. John does want to loose a little weight, but mostly add muscle, so we’ll see how his numbers change as well! I’ll let you know how we do!
