Time for my weekly pregnancy update! I can’t believe I’m 30 weeks! Only 10 weeks to go!
Workouts: This was such a great week of workouts for me despite not feeling super well, and having to get up early every day for work. Every morning except Friday, I had to get up at 5:30 to get my workouts in. It was….hard, but they all went well! On Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday, I biked for an hour on my trainer. On Monday, I swam 2,200 yds, and then lifted. On Tuesday and Thursday, I ran 6 miles a piece. Saturday was a big day; I got up early and ran 10.25 miles (and felt awesome!), then in the afternoon, the hubs and I hiked 5.5 miles with the dogs!
Running Pace: This week I averaged around 9 min miles, and actually, on Saturday, my long run was 8:44 min pace for the whole run!
Symptoms: Uff, the morning sickness came back this week…..I think it was due to getting up early and having my schedule thrown off. Still dealing with a sore back most mornings and evenings, but other than that, the symptoms aren’t too bad for being super pregnant!
Rings: Still on and no trouble with swelling this week either!
Cravings: Still nothing
Aversions: Still avoiding salmon, but mostly because I don’t want to risk it.
Weight gain: 12.2 pounds (I lost .8 pound this week….that’s what happens when the morning sickness comes back, I guess.)
Clothes: All my shirts are maternity, but I’ve actually been able to fit into several of my work pants still, which is awesome! I’m trying to avoid having to buy maternity khakis for work. We’ll see how long that lasts.
Appointments: My next one is in about 2 weeks.
Races: I’m hoping my next race will be September 8th, but I’ll see how I’m feeling!
So that was my week! Other than starting back at work, it wasn’t super eventful. I’m hoping I have a better week this week!
