Hey all! Sorry this is late! My parents are in town and I completely forgot to sit down and write my weekly update yesterday morning! This week was pretty crazy as we spent much of it moving in to our house! But, it was a good week overall, and I got some workouts in. Here’s how the week went.
Sunday: 7 mile run without the stroller! I’d spent much of the week prior doing stroller runs, so I felt like I was flying without it!
Monday: T25 Total Body workout with my son! He was brave enough to try it with me! He had fun, but it made him prettttty sore! He felt better after I told him it was probably the hardest of the workout series.
Tuesday: Easy 7 mile run (with the stroller again!). My last run in our rental home!
Wednesday: We moved into our new house!! I didn’t get a workout in officially, but moving was certainly exhausting enough! Unfortunately, not all of our stuff came (my bikes were among our things that DIDN’T come!), so we aren’t completely settled yet. :/
Friday: Just a 5 mile run this morning. I was feeling pretty dead from all the moving and unpacking from the days before! Then in the evening, the hubs, my son, and I all worked hard putting in the new flooring for my workout room!
Saturday: I’d planned on going for a bike ride this morning, but since I had no bike, I did T25 Total Body workout again in my new workout room! I love it!
Sunday: Baby had a ROUGH night, so instead of going out for a long run at 4:30am, I decided to sleep till 6am and just do a quick 5k run before baby woke for the day.
Today I got out for a nice 7 mile run in the morning, and then later in the morning, we took the whole fam out for a 4 mile hike! It was a great time!
