Hey readers! Sorry for not posting an update last week! We were at my brother in-law’s wedding and didn’t have a computer with us. Two weeks ago wasn’t a very exciting week though. We just spent it packing and tying up loose ends. I got my usual workouts in every day that week too. This past week has been VERY eventful as we have spent it moving West! Here’s what our week looked like.
Sunday: We got up super early to drive to the airport and fly back to Ohio! Then, as soon as we got to our house, we pack the rest of our belongings, and left the house en route to Chicago!
We got there in the evening, had dinner with a friend, and the went to bed! No workout for me, but man, it was a tiring day!
Monday: We spent the day in Chicago touring the city! I walked around for 4 hours carrying the baby in the ergo!
Then in the evening, after we put her to bed, I was able to get in two T25 workouts!
Tuesday: I got up early before baby and ran 5 miles on the treadmill in the hotel before we drove all day to St. Louis and then saw the Arch!
Wednesday: It was ROUGH night, so I didn’t do a workout in the morning, but after driving all day and ending up in Omaha, I did two T25 workouts again.
Thursday: I decided I wanted to do my run outside instead of on a treadmill again, so I got up early and found a track less than a mile from our hotel! I did a good speed workout and finished up with 6 miles total. We then drove all day and stayed in Colorado for the night!
Friday: Another VERY VERY rough night. Like seriously, baby was up 10x…..but I knew early morning was the only time to get a workout in, so I headed down to the fitness center to bike. I only got 40 minutes in before baby woke up though. After driving all day, we ended up in Utah! Our new home state!!
Saturday: FINALLY, we woke up and didn’t have to hop in the car and drive all day! I took an easy run to explore our city a little bit. Of course, baby woke up early, so I only got in 5 miles, but that’s ok!
We took the dogs out for SEVERAL walks during the day as well, so it was a pretty good day for exercising!
So that was our week! Whirlwind! Started in Georgia, then ended up in Utah! Hoping this next week of craziness goes well and that I’m able to get some good workouts in!
