Hey readers! I know I’ve been silent yet again. Honestly, blogging is still last on my priority list so it often gets neglected. However I wanted to write a quick update for you all since it’s been two weeks!
Ive been feeling great the last two weeks actually! Ever since seeing my chiropractor, I’ve been a lot better and haven’t had as many ligament pain during running.
Workouts have all gone smoothly. My typically 5 milers during the week for running and then I did 10 milers my last two Saturdays. This past Saturday I actually did a 10k race (yep dropped down from the 13.1) but with warm up and cool down, I totaled 10 miles for the morning. I felt awesome running too!
Biking has been same old same old, and swimming has been going well. I’m actually feeling so good on my T25 workouts that I’ve ended up increasing the intensity and doing less of the modifications!
I had a great OB appointment last week too and things are right on track! My next appointment will come with the glucose test so I’m not looking forward to that.
Weight gain is 10lbs even so far. More than I was at this time last pregnancy I’m pretty sure but my OB says it’s right where I need to be.
We got our family and maternity pictures taken this weekend which was super fun!
Races: I will do a race report for my 10k from the weekend and then my next race on the calendar is a 5k Turkey trot on Nov 4!
