A few weeks ago, my sister started trying out a few yoga videos, and she really liked them. Since I am taking a recovery week, she suggested I try out the Essential Yoga for Runners video on runnersworld. This morning, I was feeling particularly tight, so I decided I’d give it a try. I already had a yoga mat, so that automatically qualifies me, right?
The video was 25 minutes long, so it didn’t take a huge portion of my morning. The instructor did a good job of not moving through things too fast. If you’ve read my T25 reviews, you know I’m used to FAST by now! The stretches were pretty good for the most part, but there were a lot of poses that I was incredibly uncoordinated at! Some I could manage to do though, just not with as much flexibility and grace as the instructor!
Overall, I thought the video was ok….I don’t know if I’ll ever do it again though! I’ll probably just stick to my T25 Stretch video once a week, and not pursue dreams of being a yogi
